Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. Responsibilities include identifying engineers suitable for relocating to Sweden, informing candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and coordinating with a global team to support relocation. The role involves building trust with candidates, working with cross-functional teams in multiple countries, and helping engineers and their families start a new career and life in Sweden.
Responsibilities
 * Source and engage IT engineers for relocation to Sweden.
 * Build trust with candidates and communicate the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
 * Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, flights, etc.).
 * Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
 * Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.

Required qualifications
 * At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
 * Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
 * Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
 * High quality and brand awareness.
 * Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
 * Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
 * Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
 * Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
 * Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and able to handle a high-pressure environment.
 * Resilient, able to handle rejection and persist in finding suitable candidates.
 * Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed approach to work, colleagues, and customers.
 * Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Details
 * Employment type: Full-time, long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
 * Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
 * Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
 * Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
 * Benefits: 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem; free national holidays with maintained payment.
 * Start date: ASAP.
