SAP Coupa Source to Pay Job Description
This role is responsible for working with SAP Coupa solutions for end-to-end source-to-pay processes. The ideal candidate will have technical and functional knowledge of SAP Source to Pay, including smart contract management, spend analytics, guided buying, and collaborative supply chain & procurement materials management.
The successful candidate will configure and implement Coupa solutions for source-to-pay processes, perform global Coupa configuration, approval workflow, custom field setup, chart of accounts, PO forms, catalog, supplier, item, user setup, security roles, and permissions as per business requirements.
Key responsibilities include experience in Coupa configuration and data loads in sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing master data (supplier, materials, and accounting data) and catalog management.
In addition, the candidate will integrate and map Coupa to legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interface in source to pay.
They will also create functional specification documents requiring development of WRICEF objects, prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
