We are looking for a Junior BPO Analyst @Rio de Janeiro who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
Translation of texts into English, Spanish or Portuguese, with standardization of technical words, based on knowledge of specific terms in the area of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
Acting with the Management team to prepare reports, research information in the customer's environment and daily report to update demands
Skill Required:
* Experiência prática em tradução de documentos para inglês, espanhol e português.
* Domínio de Ferramentas do MS Office;
* Conhecimento de técnicas de apresentação (organização conteúdo e programação visual)
* Desejável conhecimento básico em SAP
* Atendimento a prazos contratuais, report constante com liderança.
* Boa comunicação, proatividade e criatividade.
* Fluent in English/Spanish
Educational grade / Formação:
Bachelor of Letters.
