Requirements:
1. A proven track record in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environment
2. Experience and network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening and written)
4. Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
5. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
6. Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
7. Ambition to stay and grow with us long term with a focus on expanding our client base
8. A flair for sales and negotiation
