Our Artisan Pizza Cook must be able to produce an authentic Italian pizza with a high level of consistency while keeping up with the fast pace of our service.
The Artisan Pizza Cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner.
They must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively.
They must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace and follow all safety procedures.Essential Functions:Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.Ensure that the correct quantities are prepared to meet daily needs.Always stay productive and prepare for future needs as time allows.Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents to ensure follow-up and prevention.Adhere to all regulations including blood borne pathogens, infection control, use of hazardous materials and fire safety.Experience/Requirements:2+ years working in a progressive experience in the Kitchen a strong asset.Experience in working in some stations of a multiple outlet operation.Basic knowledge of the operation of Catering/Conventions.Able to stand for long periods of time.Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Pay Type: HourlyHiring Rate: $19.50Job Start Date: Thursday, June 19, 2025Job End Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2025Location: Panorama Mountain Village, 2030 SUMMIT DRIVE, PANORAMA, British Columbia, Canada.
