Lead a high-performing SAP security and cybersecurity project management team across diverse enterprise landscapes.
* Maintain overall accountability for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of SAP security operations.
* Oversee SAP security roles, authorizations, GRC controls, and access models to ensure optimal performance.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with SAP BASIS, Security, GRC, and Cybersecurity teams to drive best practices and compliance.
* Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, standards, and controls aligned with corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments, track remediation activities, and manage mitigation plans to minimize exposure.
* Provide timely updates, risk reporting, and metrics to stakeholders and leadership to inform decision-making.
* Mentor and guide project teams on cybersecurity operations, controls, and SAP security frameworks to enhance their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in IT/security, with a minimum of 5+ years in SAP Security project management.
* Demonstrated expertise in general cybersecurity operations, infosec controls, and compliance frameworks.
* Strong knowledge of SAP roles, authorizations, GRC, and access control models.
* Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR.
* Experience managing large-scale SAP implementation or transformation projects with a focus on security.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively translate technical risks into business terms.
* PMP, CISM, CISA, or CISSP certifications are highly desirable.
* Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong asset.
