We are seeking an experienced video editor to create direct response content for our fragrance brand.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Editing 10-15 user-generated content videos per week from raw creator footage is a critical component of this role.
 * Creating compelling hooks and maintaining viewer engagement throughout videos is crucial to driving conversions across social media platforms.
 * Adding motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects enhances the overall video experience.
 * Optimizing videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) requires a deep understanding of each platform's unique features.
 * Collaborating with the creative team on video concepts and improvements is essential to delivering high-quality content.
 * Maintaining brand consistency across all content ensures a cohesive visual identity.
Requirements:
 * 5+ years of video editing experience, preferably in direct-response video work.
 * A portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-generated content and direct-response video editing is required.
 * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is necessary for success in this role.
 * Motion graphics skills, particularly in After Effects, are highly desirable.
 * Understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization is critical to delivering engaging content.
 * Fast turnaround times while maintaining quality is essential in this fast-paced environment.
 * Experience working with DTC brands is preferred, but not required.
 * Proficiency in AI tools and Meta Ads is highly beneficial.
