Responsibilities:
* Conduct technical analysis of business processes, map technical requirements, and propose solutions.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements and new functionalities in PeopleSoft.
* Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate the correct functioning of implemented features.
* Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft usage.
* Conduct technical training and workshops for end-users, ensuring proper system usage.
* Identify and suggest continuous improvements in the system to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
* Document technical processes, solutions, and system configurations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
* Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant in financial modules.
* Knowledge of business processes and how they integrate with PeopleSoft.
* Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation.
* Ability to interact with users and technical teams effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
* Knowledge of change management and user training.
