What the day will look likeEnsure that standards and processes are being followed;
Verify and validate the quality of deliveries;
Ensure that quality controls are working;
Daily interaction with LATAM teams to validate processes.

Skills and experience that will lead to successEngineering, Business Administration, or Economics degree or equivalent experience required.Experience in team management and project leadership (desirable).
Experience in the insurance or financial market.English and/or Spanish.Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in the use of risk management tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, risk map, heat map, probability and impact matrix, FMEA, risk response plan, etc.Risk management/compliance: experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with non-compliance with regulations.Experience in planning, handling and executing projects related to Risk and/or Compliance.Knowledge of COSO, Internal Controls, Risk Assessment, process maturity level assessment and Compliance.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
