Overview: Responsibilities: - Develop & Configure: Lead development and configuration efforts across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and others as required. - Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Web Services. Building and Maintaining Integrations for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Finance & IT Systems - Custom Reporting & Dashboards: Create custom reports and dashboards to support business insights, using Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics. - System Enhancements & Optimization: Analyze current configurations and integrations to identify opportunities for enhancements, optimizations, and automation. - Technical Documentation: Maintain and create detailed documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations. - Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions for timely resolutions. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs. - Mentoring & Training: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and HRIS team members, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth. - Compliance & Security: Ensure all developments adhere to Company Policies, regulatory, compliance, and security standards. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Workday development, configuration, and integration. - Technical Skills: - Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Web Services, Workday Extend and Report Writing. - Proficient in building and maintaining Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and advanced reporting techniques. - Familiarity with Workday Extend, Security, Business Process Framework, and Configuration. - Experience with data migration, data transformation, and error troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. - Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. - Certifications: Workday Certifications (preferred but not required) in areas such as Workday Integration, HCM, or Payroll.
