Commodities Asset Class Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the onboarding of Commodities Asset class to an Equity Derivatives Trading desk.
This role offers the opportunity to work with an established client team, fully involved in project initiation through implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets, preferably in Commodities and/or Equity Derivatives.
* Resolve daily issues on functional, valuation, and pricing for FO users
* Work closely with EQD Desk Traders to resolve daily issues stemming from FO Equity Derivatives desk
* Amend pre-trade rules, eTradePad, simulations, and resolve P&L, Market Data, and booking issues
* Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and/or contribute to overall solutions as per PROD Support deliverables
Key Responsibilities
Project Requirements
* Liaise with technical teams to resolve FO related issues and enhancements
* Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various FO deliverables
* Yield Curve issue resolution and validation; curve assignments; new curve creation
Requirements
* Strong product knowledge in EQD, COM
* Very strong understanding of FX, IRD business
* Very Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle
* Strong experience in supporting FO users and resolving their daily issues
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years experience with Murex FO functionalities
* 4+ years experience in financial markets role
* SQL proficiency
