Delivery Excellence Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Excellence Manager to lead the delivery of projects across various technological tracks.
* This role involves managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring regular updates to customer stakeholders through detailed reports.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to conduct meetings with customers and management, and ensure that project teams meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by working closely with technology teams.
* Managing expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction by acting as a point of contact for the customer and understanding their needs.
* Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure quality control procedures are in place and adhered to.
* Identifying opportunities and proactively creating proposals with solutions and financials to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and utilizing effective conflict resolution tactics to maintain high-level performance within service teams.
