Requirements
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
* Proven track record of successful project execution in the IT industry.
* Proficient in Jira and Confluence tools to streamline processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent Spanish and advanced English language proficiency.
