Field Support Engineer OpportunityThe role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and customer ownership. As a Field Support Engineer, you will work closely with customers across the CALA region to deliver hands-on support and training for Intellicene's software and hardware.You will be responsible for:Installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise software and related hardwareSupporting video management, situational awareness, and dispatch solutions — onsite and remotelyOwning technical issues end-to-end and coordinating with internal teams to resolve them quicklyTraveling to customer sites (up to 75%) for project deployment and delivering hands-on training
