Join Larroudé as a Senior Operations Analyst and take ownership of the end-to-end order lifecycle across our DTC, Marketplace, and Wholesale channels.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring every customer order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently—from our e-commerce store all the way to delivery.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and warehouse partners to monitor performance, identify operational gaps, and implement process improvements that scale.
Your work will be essential in enabling operational excellence and delivering seamless customer experience for our luxury footwear brand.Your ResponsibilitiesMonitor the entire DTC order flow to ensure timely and accurate processing from the online store to the warehouse and final delivery.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements across DTC, Marketplace, and Wholesale.Build clear documentation, SOPs, and workflows to support scalable and repeatable operations.Perform regular data analysis to guide strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence.Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, logistics, customer experience, and warehouse teams.Your Must-HavesFluency in English and Portuguese – English is essential for this role, as you will coordinate with international partners, write documentation, and align across global teams.
Language proficiency will be tested during the hiring process.Proactivity – A passion for identifying inefficiencies, solving operational challenges, and building processes with minimal supervision.Solid background in operations or logistics – bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with proven experience in operational roles, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.Strong Excel skills – Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, etc.)
