 
        
        Responsibilities:
 * Research and identify potential B2B clients in sectors such as fintech, exporters/importers, payment processors, and crypto companies.
 * Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate new leads.
 * Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on Velaro's ideal customer profile (ICP); schedule and coordinate discovery calls and initial sales meetings.
 * Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM system.
 * Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation processes.
 * Stay up to date with industry trends in stablecoins, digital payments, and Web3 infrastructure.
Requirements:
 * 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or Web3.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to initiate conversations and build rapport quickly.
 * Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
 * Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
 * Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
 * Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
 * Understanding of stablecoins, B2B cross-border payments, and tokenized financial infrastructure.
 * Familiarity with Latin American fintech markets and key buyer personas (e.g., CFOs, Heads of Operations, Compliance Leads).
 * Experience working with marketing automation tools and lead scoring systems.
 * Passion for Web3 and the future of programmable financial services.
 * proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus
