Our organization is seeking a Sales Accelerator to spearhead our growth by establishing high-quality connections with decision-makers at fast-paced companies. As a key team member, you will create opportunities for our Managing Director through proactive outreach across various channels.
You will be responsible for owning the top of the funnel for all outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn, research and segment leads using advanced tools, execute a high volume of cold calls daily, plus targeted emails and LinkedIn messaging.
The ideal candidate will book qualified meetings with senior executives (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders), track activity and pipeline through internal systems, partner closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and alignment.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to position services effectively in a competitive market. You should have 2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or consulting, proven success generating meetings with mid-market clients, mastery of cold calling and sales engagement tools, strong understanding of professional services, especially in technology, product, or executive search.
