Artificial Intelligence is our reality.We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales team. We’re seeking someone with a strong background in technology companies, capable of operating in complex B2B environments and supporting both national and international sales teams across multiple fronts.Responsibilities:Support the development and coordination of global sales proposals and go-to-market initiativesClearly and effectively communicate sales strategies to the executive leadership teamTrack, consolidate, and report on sales performance and outcomesCollaborate on the creation and review of complex commercial proposalsConnect and articulate sales opportunities across different business units and regionsBuild strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersIdentify new business opportunities through market analysis and trendsFoster a collaborative environment within the sales team and across departmentsRequirements:Strong experience working in technology companies, with a solid track record in B2B salesAdvanced English fluency, suitable for international interactionsProven experience in senior sales management and client relationship developmentSolid experience designing and executing commercial strategiesHands-on experience building and presenting complex commercial proposalsStrong market analysis skills and ability to identify new business opportunitiesExperience managing or supporting sales teams, with a collaborative and cross-functional approachFamiliarity with B2B sales processes, preferably in technology or digital servicesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to executive audiencesProficiency with CRM and sales automation toolsNice to have: Practical knowledge of GenAI and CI&T Flow; experience with consulting or professional services models#LI-JC4-Health and dental insurance-Meal and food allowance-Extended paternity leave-Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass;- Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR);-Life insurance- Continuous learning platform (CI&T University);-Discount club-Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-being-Pregnancy and responsible parenting course-Partnerships with online learning platformsAt CI&T, inclusion starts at the first contact.
