EUX Solutions Specialist
You will define EUX solutions to cater functional and non-functional requirements of the business demand while aligning with the organizational vision and ambition of long-term business goals.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Project Delivery
- Develop Sustainable EUX Solutions:_
- Complete, scalable, robust, consistent, at the right TCO, and minimizing the cost of change
- Bring in technical solutions that are robust and world-class
- Work with best of bread EUX solutions and platforms in delivering the best user experience to the stakeholders
- Develop EUX Roadmap to Ensure Business Value_
- Create the roadmap of EUX expertise domain and communicate it with the stakeholders
- Define and Establish standards and framework across Built, Deploy and Support
- Define and Monitor the obsolescence treatment plan for the EUX expertise domain
- Work with IT Infrastructure leadership in defining the EUX roadmap of the future
- Define and align to the principles, standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines (Data, Integration, BI, Infrastructure, Security)
- Business Advising_
- Understand business operations, challenges, and evolving opportunities to effectively advise business partners and anticipate their needs
- Support business partners in identifying EUX solution opportunities with the collaboration of the global architecture team and EUX SMEs
We are looking for motivated individuals with the below requirements to join our team:
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
- Mastery of Microsoft Active Directory;
- Self-motivated, committed and a good team player
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer-centric, service mindset
- A passion for learning and a deep understanding of the EUX technologies such as SharePoint, SCCM, SQL server, Microsoft Exchange, Windows, O365 and Symantec
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes
- Passion for solving problems
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience in an ITSM tool would be an added advantage.
- Collaboration mindset with business and different IT counterparts in the group
