Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a multi-format content strategy, extracting core insights from internal podcast episodes, and creating high-converting copy for repurposed assets. They will also create repeatable workflows for efficient content repurposing across platforms, build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing and scheduling, and collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals.
Content Strategy Expertise
We are seeking an expert in content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices. The ideal candidate will have a sharp understanding of how to extract value from every piece of content and distribute it smartly across platforms. They will also have experience managing social media calendars and repurposing frameworks, as well as familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Descript, and Metricool or similar.
Creative Problem-Solving Skills
The successful candidate will possess a creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends in content marketing and creator-led brands. They will be able to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end, and have excellent attention to detail.
