We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Agile teams towards greater efficiency and productivity.
As a dedicated Scrum Master, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies in alignment with Agile principles. Your primary responsibility will be to support and guide one Scrum team, with potential for expansion to a second team.
Partnering closely with an enterprise Agile Coach, you will work together to improve team performance and delivery. This involves implementing and adopting SAFe practices, identifying and removing impediments that hinder team progress, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Agile methodologies
* Strong knowledge of Scrum
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Successful candidates will possess at least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications in Agile-related fields are highly valued but not mandatory.
