This role involves strategic planning, organization, and execution in the context of U.S. immigration-based recruitment advertising and consulting services.
A Project Manager will support clients by scheduling, documenting, communicating, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a fully remote position requiring collaboration with U.S.-based team members and clients via fluent English language skills.
 * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
 * Quality assurance functions involving careful document review for accuracy and consistency
 * Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope
 * Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
 * Manage client and stakeholder relationships
 * Lifecycle management from ideation to sunset with deliverables understood and releases on time
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives
 * Maintain effective communication and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders
 * Evaluate project progress and adjust plans as needed
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
 * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements:
 * Strong educational background in Business Administration or related field
 * Proven experience in detail-oriented environments with multiple ongoing projects
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Independence and collaboration comfort with remote teams
 * Microsoft Office proficiency
 * English fluency written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications:
 * Experience with project management tools and software
 * Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
 * Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
