Applications without a portfolio will not be accepted.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative ExecutionDesign a wide range of B2B marketing materials for print and digital usePrint: brochures, flyers, one-pagers, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, event signage, conference materials, stationery, and promotional itemsDigital: website and landing page assets, display ads, social media posts and ads, email graphics, evergreen content, case studies, white papers, and presentationsTranslate creative briefs, written concepts, and strategic direction into high-quality visual designs within established brand guidelinesDevelop original design concepts using typography, color, imagery, layout, and visual hierarchy to communicate key messages effectivelyAdapt designs for multiple formats, channels, and screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile)Brand & Quality ManagementMaintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual materialsPrepare final production-ready files for print and digital use, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and color profilesCreate and maintain templates (social media, email, presentations, one-pagers, etc.) to improve team efficiency and brand consistencyOrganize and maintain internal design libraries, assets, photography, and filesDigital & Web SupportDesign assets to support websites and landing pages, ensuring responsive, user-friendly experiencesCollaborate with web teams and work within content management systems (CMS) as neededStay current on digital design best practices, UX/UI, accessibility standards, and usability trendsCollaboration & Project ManagementCollaborate with marketing and business development teams to support campaigns, initiatives, and eventsManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIncorporate feedback efficiently and professionally while maintaining high design standardsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and design systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B environment (in-house or agency)Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B design work across both print and digital mediaExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Working experience with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma (or similar)Solid understanding of: typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy; designing for both print production and digital platforms; UX/UIExperience creating web-ready assets that are mobile, tablet, and desktop-friendlyStrong communication, collaboration, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a teamComfortable receiving and applying constructive feedbackPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience designing for B2B marketing, SaaS, IT, and technology-driven organizationsFamiliarity with HTML5, CSS3, and basic front-end conceptsExperience working with WordPress or other CMS platformsKnowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)Experience with photography or photo directionUnderstanding of current design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and digital marketing best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForA creative problem-solver who can balance aesthetics with strategyA detail-oriented designer who takes pride in high-quality executionA proactive self-starter who brings fresh ideas and stays current with evolving design trendsA team player who enjoys collaboration and contributing to larger business goals
