**Product Designer Role Overview**
This is a senior-level position that requires a skilled product designer to define and lead the design experiences across three core products - web and mobile.

About the Team
The team is distributed, with members located primarily in North and South America. They rely heavily on collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion.
About the Position
* You will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scoped appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
* Help establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
* Contribute to the overall brand experience by creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.

* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong proficiency with Figma.
* Experience designing for similar users preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).
