Senior Talent Development Consultant
We are seeking a Senior Internal Talent Advisor to join our team in Brazil. This role serves as a strategic liaison between stakeholders, requiring strong management skills and operational insight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
* Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement strategic solutions.
