We are looking for a IT Lead Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that support our business and enhance user experience.
What you’ll do
* Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Design, develop, test, and maintain applications across on-premises and cloud environments
* Work with modern programming languages and development tools
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end-users
* Support systems integration, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
* Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance
* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
* Support cloud-based analytics and enterprise data platforms
What you’ll need
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 4–6+ years of experience in software / application development
* Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Ruby, or similar
* Strong experience with cloud platforms and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Experience with databases, APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools
* Experience with Cloud Computing and enterprise data environments
* Familiarity with Cloud Brokers, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Snowflake, Tableau, Historians, and SeeQ is highly preferred
* Experience supporting operational, industrial, or analytics environments is a plus
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in global teams
