Business Data Analyst Job
A Business Data Analyst is required to work directly with product managers and product owners for business requirements gathering and documentation. The role involves being part of agile product delivery, leveraging reporting tools for analysis, and developing roadmaps to drive the company forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
* Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP, and SAP HANA.
* Create data visualizations to support business decisions.
* Participate in sprint planning and refinement meetings to ensure team understanding of product backlog items.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in launching software solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams. They should possess high degrees of proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, iterative development, understanding of agile principles, ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product. Experience driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products is also essential. Out-standing organizational skills are required along with sharp analytical problem-solving skills prioritization time management skills understanding cloud data lakes data warehouse systems familiarity MS Power BI knowledge industry trends customer needs inform the Product vision roadmap create automated data quality management rules experience Consumer Packaged Goods companies preferably Supply Chain domains.
