**Responsabilidades da Oportunidade**
Day to day, this professional has an important role in helping foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this manager provides leadership to cross functional teams across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the organization on continuous improvement initiatives to support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency by identifying and eliminating unnecessary complexities within business process.
- Define and map ATC Brazil current processes and creates a future ideal state map.
- Create and implement a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.
- Engage and mobilize participation of the stakeholders and employees of various departments, suppliers, and customers of the required changes before and as the plan is implemented.
- Lead and work with the Lean Team, and other managers in identifying activities, values and selecting kaizen events and ensure proper resourcing and preparation for those events.
- Ensure lean activities are linked to the business strategies and initiatives and develop a transformation plan in collaboration with Leadership Team.
- Assist Process Owners in change management and process improvement projects.
- Assist Process Owners in data analysis to support decision-making and the development of improved methods, processes, and systems.
- Lead and complete projects as assigned.
- Champion project management providing expertise and support in the intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition, and closure of process improvement projects.
- Continuously develop knowledge by monitoring internal news, trends, and information to synchronize activities with corporate initiatives, and identify opportunities to streamline internal processes.
- Lead and facilitate Lean & Process Improvement trainings across the organization (Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, etc.)
- Drive the governance of process management within ATC Brazil.
**Requisitos**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Lean blackbelt, Scrum Master or PMI certification preferred
- Fluent English required, Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in process management positions in multinational companies.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MS Project.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a professional and positive disposition.
- Team player, ability to develop trust and leverage communication among colleagues, stakeholders and collaborators, and ability to guide and motivate others.
- Ability to deal with a lack of clarity in role definition, work processes, and decision-making and to create clarity for others when little exists.
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
