This position involves making strategic architectural decisions, guiding external partners in development and application management, and directly contributing to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
This individual will consult and advise on module usage across various modules including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, custom apps integrations ensuring that ServiceNow meets the needs of a seamless integrated landscape.

* Make hands-on architectural decisions for configuration and development within roadmap boundaries.
* Guide supervise external partners responsible for service delivery support projects work order handling ticketing system design improvements testing quality assurance best practices security compliance platform stability extensibility scalability
