Client Support Professional
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with CRM systems, calendar management, and digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize bio pages for new clients
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
* Configure calendar linking systems and account setups
* Facilitate and manage all client offboarding communications
Additional Responsibilities:
* Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes
* Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
* Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
Requirements:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
Nice to Have:
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
