TMF Operations Associate Role
This is a global position requiring collaboration with team members worldwide to ensure the management of essential documents. The role involves processing, maintaining and archiving of all necessary documents in compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices and company procedures.
* Key responsibilities include reviewing and resolving rejected trial master file documents, performing periodic quality control checks to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices, and working with electronic document management systems.
* The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, escalate quality issues in a timely manner and provide administrative support to the team lead.
* Prior experience working in a highly regulated industry is desirable but not essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A university degree in a life science or related field is preferred but not essential.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in document management or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
