Senior Media Buyer (Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition) | 100% remote
About the Role
We are hiring a senior-level performance marketer to own strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-account paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking for local healthcare providers. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role managing complex campaign portfolios across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
This position is best suited for operators who are deeply analytical, comfortable managing scale, and experienced in service-based lead generation (not ecommerce).
What You Will Own
* Full-funnel paid media strategy for local lead generation campaigns
* Campaign build, optimization, and scaling across multiple client accounts
* Budget allocation, audience strategy, creative testing, and performance improvement
* Lead quality analysis and conversion performance optimization
* Performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
* Continuous testing of messaging, offers, and conversion drivers
Must-Have Experience
* 5+ years managing Meta Ads AND Google Ads professionally
* Proven experience generating leads for local or service-based businesses
* Demonstrated success managing multiple accounts simultaneously
* Hands-on optimization experience focused on CPL and conversion quality
* Experience with appointment-based funnels (consultations, bookings, or patient acquisition)
* Strong analytical decision-making based on performance data
Strongly Preferred
* Healthcare or chiropractic marketing experience
* Experience managing 15+ accounts concurrently
* Advanced understanding of local advertising and geographic targeting
* Experience working in agency environments
* Clear, professional spoken English for client-adjacent collaboration
