Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience (full stack or frontend-focused);
Strong command of .
NET / C# development;
Proven experience maintaining legacy .
NET Framework applications alongside modernization work in .
NET Core / .
NET;
Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3;
Experience designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs, including API integrations;
Hands-on experience with Kendo UI for component-rich frontend development;
Experience building cross-platform applications with .
NET MAUI;
Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
Security & Identity: OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other identity/authentication frameworks;
Architecture & Patterns: MVC, MVVM, layered architecture, microservices.

Nice to Have
Microsoft Power Platform : hands-on familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI;

Security & Compliance: Secure coding practices, identity management, and data protection (critical for the international insurance context);
Industry Experience: Background in healthcare or insurance industries is a strong plus.
