* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with Agile development practices, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points:
* Experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire, with a focus on innovative front-end development techniques.
* Comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS, with a focus on creating engaging user experiences.
* Prior experience working on internationally distributed teams, with a focus on collaboration and cultural awareness.
