Agile Project Facilitator
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between teams and stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of agile principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrates major ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
*
Manages the team calendar and ensures program-level cadence.
*
Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
*
Coaching & Mentoring:
*
Provides guidance and support to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on lean-agile principles.
*
Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
*
Risk & Impediment Management:
*
Identifies, tracks, and resolves impediments and risks that may impact project timelines.
*
Escalates critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
*
Flow & Value Optimization:
*
Optimizes the flow of value across the Agile Release Train (ART) to meet business objectives.
*
Manages dependencies and architectural runway to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks is required, along with experience in managing complex projects and teams.
