Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
• Keep customers informed about ticket progress
• Collaborate with remote customers to resolve issues
• Utilize internal knowledge bases to find and provide solutions
• Conduct thorough research to resolve issues using external resources
• Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
• Escalate issues to relevant parties as necessary
Qualifications:
Required Education & Experience: Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent program preferred. Alternatively, proven experience in IT is required. Additional Skills: Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments, knowledge of delivering IT solutions within corporate and/or enterprise settings.
