Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned account professional to manage client relationships and drive results.
* Develop a deep understanding of our digital ecosystem and create value for clients.
* Manage your own client portfolio, ensuring they receive what they need.
* Proactively seek upsell opportunities and expand contracts.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommend actions based on real evidence.
* Collaborate with internal teams to keep campaigns on track.
* Embrace change and propose process improvements when needed.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a self-starter with strong time management skills, proficient in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), and remote work software. You will be an improvement-minded individual who is not just following processes but always looking for ways to do things better.
* You have 34 years of hands-on experience with data, understanding customer behavior, and suggesting appropriate actions.
* You are a team player with battlefield spirit, knowing when to support and when to lead.
