Key Responsibilities:
The Product Owner will be accountable for driving the implementation of customer-centric platforms in LATAM markets.
* Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for customer engagement initiatives.
* Craft clear objectives, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in a collaboration platform.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
* Ensure data integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and implement data governance best practices.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of value-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing technology or CRM.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification is highly desirable.
