Title: .Net Full Stack Production Support
Job Description
Join the PRM (Production Reliability Management) Team as a key contributor responsible for managing and resolving application incidents across a complex ecosystem of .NET and web-based systems. Your technical expertise will ensure application stability, optimal service levels, and a high-quality end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, log, and resolve incidents submitted to the PRM Team, with a strong focus on .NET and web-based application ecosystems.
* Proactively monitor application performance using toolsets to detect issues before they impact users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, including .NET backend services, APIs, and web front-end components.
* Apply deep understanding of .NET, Java, JavaScript, and related frameworks to triage incidents and identify root causes.
* Lead critical incident escalations: coordinate communication, manage incident bridges, and work toward resolution or viable workarounds.
* Facilitate rapid recovery during outages and drive post-incident root cause analysis and long-term remediation strategies.
* Collaborate with development and support teams to continuously improve the reliability of .NET/web applications.
* Complete and track support tickets through resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), including debugging and troubleshooting production issues.
* Familiarity with Java-based applications and hybrid architectures.
* Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, or Sybase).
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in ITIL-based Incident and Problem Management, with proven ownership of service incidents from detection to resolution.
* Working knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
* Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SSRS to analyze trends and inform decisions.
