* Facilitate requisition life cycles with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Qualify candidate resumes and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to drive program success.
* Deliver a high-quality experience to stakeholders using MSP tools and applications.
* Ensure timely submission of required documentation by suppliers, maintaining adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
* Support reporting, analytics, and client-specific initiatives as assigned.
