Unlock Your Growth Potential in B2B SaaS Advertising

This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career by leveraging your Google Ads expertise in a dynamic and results-driven environment.

You will be responsible for managing multiple SaaS accounts, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and driving sales pipeline growth. Our focus is on delivering tangible results, not just vanity metrics.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. You should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, HubSpot, and Google Tag Manager.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. If you're passionate about staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing and are eager to make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts
* Analyze lead-to-revenue data and identify opportunities for improvement
* Present actionable insights to stakeholders and implement changes to drive growth


Requirements:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in B2B SaaS (SQL generation track record)
* Fluency in HubSpot or similar platform + Google Tag Manager
* Ability to juggle 5+ accounts solo, with a proactive and independent mindset

* A competitive base salary ($4k-$7k USD/mo)
* A performance-based bonus tied to SQL and retention KPIs (15% of total compensation)
