This is a relocation role where we will support you in moving from Brazil to Portugal for this role.The opportunity:Leveraging your expertise in TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber, you'll design and implement cutting-edge automated tests, embracing a BDD approach to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

You will be developing and maintaining Automated Tests: using TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber, following the BDD approach.
You will be heavily involved in UI, API and DB testing.In essence, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and stability of the eCommerce platform by building and maintaining a comprehensive suite of automated tests and actively participating in the software development lifecycle.
Your "automation first" mindset and experience with various testing techniques will be crucial for delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.What we want from you:Experience in testing eCommerce applicationsExtensive experience of test automation experience using TypeScript, Playwright, and CucumberProficiency in working within Agile environments and In sprint automationHands-on experience with Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber & GherkinStrong knowledge and demonstrated experience in testing APIs and web servicesExperience is Accessibility testing and Visual testing using Playwright.Proficient in backend testing, including familiarity with databases (DB2, Oracle) and SQL querying (use of DB Visualiser)Hands-on experience with UNIX commands and log verificationsExperience testing RESTful services using Playwright or similar frameworksAutomation first approach mindset, ability to identify data requirements and implement tests to achieve coverageExperience in testing automation within a continuous integration environmentFamiliarity with source code control systems like GitHub, BitBucket, or similar, including conducting code reviewsCollaboration in daily stand-ups and close collaboration with team developersUtilisation of feedback from all stakeholders to expand test scenariosDemonstrated ability to adapt and reprioritise in a fast-paced team environmentEffective interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate with all stakeholdersAttention to detail and highly organisedIf you know some of this, even better:Experience working with CypressExperience of IBM WebSphere Commerce, Magento, Hybris or other eCommerce platformsExperience of using Jira, Rally or Azure toolsExperience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure pipelinesWhat we can offer you:Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we'll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
