Quick Overview Our client is seeking Solutions Architects to lead technical implementation projects and support client success initiatives in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical expertise, and experience delivering software and integration solutions. The role involves managing projects from requirements gathering to deployment, supporting both new and existing clients, and ensuring successful system implementation.Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical lead for new client implementations and ongoing client requests Evaluate integration between hardware and software and assess operational performance for successful implementation Assist with projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scheduling and scope documentation Maintain technical design documentation for software changes and development Consult with customers regarding software design, development, and necessary modifications Communicate internal deliverables and change requests to stakeholders Analyze, design, and document system implementation changes Coordinate project resources to meet milestones and ensure successful delivery Collaborate across departments to ensure implementation success Understand business impacts of issues and advise on IT solutionsRequired Skills & Experience Proven track record in technology solution implementation Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple implementations and requests concurrently Collaborative team player with a customer-centered mindset Experience with freight rate and auditing software, SQL, Jira, or other ticket management systems Familiarity with Smartsheet and Atlassian Suite Experience with release processes and SDLC Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Business, or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience in implementation or client successPro5 is a global platform helping thousands of vetted professionals get hired by top employers.
