It demands a unique blend of business acumen, creativity, and passion.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship and Communication: Manage client relationships, run recurring check-in calls, translate performance data, and proactively manage expectations.Account and Performance Ownership: Work closely with Google Ads Strategists and Media Buyers to ensure campaigns align with client goals, review performance regularly, and coordinate fast fixes.Strategy and Planning: Help build and present quarterly and monthly strategies, understand the client's wider business, and reflect that in the ad strategy.Reporting and Insight: Own performance reporting, focus on insight, and use dashboards/tools to support decisions.Retention, Growth, and Upsell: Keep a pulse on client satisfaction, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and aim to turn every account into a long-term partnership.
