You'll design the interface of an enterprise HR platform that's supposed to feel like a consumer app. The benchmark in the brief is\ "Netflix-simple, enterprise-smart.\ " That tension - between zero-training simplicity and complex HR workflows - is what you'll spend your time solving.
The client has an existing design system. You'll work inside it, not around it. Your job is to design flows and screens that make hard things feel easy, then hand them to engineers in a way that actually works.
What makes this role interesting: The UX brief is specific and hard: the system must require zero formal training for 32,000 employees across 8 languages. That's not a marketing claim - it's a success metric. Getting there requires real design thinking, not just pretty screens.
What you'll actually do
* Design all new screens and flows inside the client's Figma design system
* Cover web (admin, manager, HRBP workflows) and mobile (employee self-service) in parallel
* Use Figma Make to export component scaffolding - reducing engineering handoff friction
* Run design reviews with stakeholders facilitated by the PM
* Stay involved part-time in Waves 2–3 for refinements, new module screens, and edge cases
What we need from you
* 3+ years designing enterprise or B2B software - you understand that users are professionals, not consumers
* You work inside design systems, not against them
* Figma is your tool;
Figma Make is a bonus you're either already using or will pick up immediately
* You design for real constraints: data-heavy tables, multi-step workflows, form-heavy admin screens
* Comfortable in English - design reviews and briefs are in English
