Job Description:
As a seasoned business development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Brazilian market.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and be skilled at developing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our partners.
* Develop sales pipelines and manage negotiations with high-profile clients across various verticals: advertising agencies, media resellers, and direct clients.
* Craft compelling presentations in response to client briefs, showcasing our premium subscription services, in-app media offerings, branded content opportunities, and sponsorship options.
* Negotiate and lead regional media reseller relationships.
* Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a strong network of contacts within the industry.
* Collaborate closely with the central team to ensure seamless pitch presentations and live deal execution.
* Represent the company's brand partnership team and serve as a brand ambassador in Brazil, promoting our values and mission to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in sales related to digital media advertising, digital subscription services, and branded content.
* Strong track record in negotiating and leading multi-stakeholder projects.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* High level of time management, prioritization, and organization.
* Collaborative mindset, highly motivated, and comfortable working closely with other team members despite geographical distance.
* Ability to frequently travel domestically and regionally.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
