About the team At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. About the role TikTok is looking for a Pod Lead to drive business growth and strategic partnerships in Chile. This role requires a solid leadership profile, with the ability to scale client investment, manage key relationships, and influence executive‑level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media sales, and consultative selling solutions, with a deep understanding of the market and a proven track record in developing high‑impact advertising strategies. The POD Lead will work closely with regional teams to expand TikTok’s footprint, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and maximizing platform adoption across key verticals. Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders. The role will involve working cross‑functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts across the market. You’ll bring a creative mindset, detail‑oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long‑term business partnerships across Advertising Technology partners. Responsibilities Lead the strategic growth of TikTok’s business in Chile, identifying new opportunities and scaling key accounts. Develop and execute a market transition plan, ensuring strong adoption of TikTok's advertising solutions. Build and maintain C‑level relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to drive revenue growth. Guide a team of business partner managers to deliver best‑in‑class solutions. Act as a thought leader, educating advertisers on TikTok’s value proposition and performance capabilities. Leverage data‑driven insights and case studies to create compelling sales narratives. Minimum Qualifications Years of experience in performance marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising. Deep knowledge of the Chilean digital advertising ecosystem, with strong industry relationships. Proven ability to drive revenue growth, influence key stakeholders, and lead strategic initiatives. Experience managing and scaling high‑value client partnerships across multiple verticals. Experience managing high‑performing sales teams. High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in global markets. Must be willing to work out of our offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of auction‑based digital advertising, self‑serve platforms. Track record of successfully scaling investments and exceeding sales targets. Experience leading cross‑functional collaboration to drive business impact. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while building long‑term strategies. A consultative, data‑driven mindset, with the ability to craft high‑value business cases.
