As our Site Account Representative, you will be part of a highly skilled team, providing technical and commercial support to customers at their sites.
About Professional Services Team
You will join the Brazil professional services team, responsible for delivering first-class services/support 24/7. This role offers opportunities to enhance your commercial, technical, and personal skills through diverse and challenging projects.
Your Responsibilities
* Work 100% of the time onsite at customer locations in Conceição do Mato Dentro MG or Paracatu MG.
* Provide technical and commercial support to promote sales of parts and services for various FLS equipment, such as HPGRs, thickeners, flotation cells, filters, crushers, sizers, or related machinery.
* Support customers, FLSmidth sales teams, and back-office operations.
* Research and recommend new products, parts, upgrades, and services to meet customer needs.
* Manage the sales process from proposal to delivery within agreed timelines.
* Resolve warranty issues and conflicts effectively.
* Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships to secure future business.
* Prepare technical field reports and documentation.
* Develop and update administrative reports and documents.
* Maintain CRM and other sales tools.
* Promote a culture of safety for all operational activities.
* Work independently with limited supervision, when necessary.
What You Bring
* Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.
* Solid experience in parts and maintenance of mining equipment like HPGRs, thickeners, flotation cells, filters, crushers, sizers, or similar.
* Advanced English skills; knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
* Availability to travel as required.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Outlook, CRM.
