Job Title: Field Operations Manager
Location: Lima, Peru
JOB SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position responsible for managing an assigned geographic region to ensure on-site service delivery to customers. This may include reactive repair, planned installation, upgrade, and other project activities.
1. Responsible for developing employees, promoting teamwork, and fostering open and effective communication.
2. Develop employees' skills and knowledge through planning and implementing effective development activities.
3. Set performance goals and conduct performance coaching and evaluation.
4. Responsible for meeting assigned financial objectives; manages a multi-million dollar P&L.
5. Must work effectively with other NCR Voyix Services organizations as well as individuals from other functions.
6. Responsible for sales growth through participation in bid reviews, customer presentations, contract negotiations, etc.
7. Lead maintenance contract management, including service level agreements, outsourcing, and exception conversions.
8. Lead supplier management in the region to ensure quality and service level agreements are met.
9. Ensure all metrics are achieved in the region for all customers.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction for all accounts within the region by maintaining strong customer relationships.
11. Address all service concerns of the customer base within the region.
12. Responsible for consistent proactive and reactive technical responses to customers, ensuring quick problem resolution across the region.
13. Responsible for timely delivery of Implementation Services.
14. Responsible for ensuring systems are updated with availability, capacity, and other required information to ensure effective delivery on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics.
15. Guide the sales organization regarding all service-related matters.
16. Execute the performance management process.
17. Establish and develop networks and relationships at all levels.
18. Motivate through recognition and reward.
19. Provide encouragement, motivation, and support to the workforce through timely and effective communications.
20. Understand the basic principles of change management and apply them appropriately to prepare, introduce, and manage change within the organization.
21. Must demonstrate business leadership skills, particularly in a strategic thinking environment; Establish and adhere to cost-based or P&L-based service business practices; Use sound financial and economic principles to establish and follow profitable practices.
Basic Requirements:
1. 10-12+ years of related experience.
2. University degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
3. Advanced in English and the local language in the area of responsibility.
4. Proven track record of successful leadership.
5. Experience managing remote/field employees.
6. Financial/business operations knowledge and ability to manage a P&L.
7. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Lean/Six Sigma certification or completed training is highly preferred.
