Scrum Master Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork through effective facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
* Partner with Agile leadership to improve team performance and delivery.
* Support the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices across multiple regions.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, experience working with Agile tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
